SIAA Reports

SAN-SIAA Monthly Remittance Reports 

Please note the following dates for reports and payment:

        •Remittance Reports are due on the 20^th of the month.
        •There is a 9 day grace period for payment.
        •Late fees will apply, if the payment is made on or after the 30^th of the month

Michael and Admin will meet the Monday before the 20^th of the month to compare Commission Reports and Carrier deposits.

Note: Only submit report for payments received  into the bank account from the Carrier for the same month of the report.

Note:  Carrier commission reports are usually paid the following month after receipt. For example, a commission report submitted in March will be paid in April.

Submitting SIAA-SAN Group Reports

Copies of Commission Statement for all Appointed Carriers should be submitted.
Important:  Do NOT put commissions in from SAN/Access Plus.
Do NOT report health insurance.
Note: Report all property, casualty, and life insurance.
